This tastes nice, like really thick plum jam with a little bit of tang to it. The credentials of the folks who make it are impressive. I've been taking a teaspoon in the mornings and it gives me more zip.

Predominantly Sugar Candy--Beware!!
Out of each 10 grams, 5.15 grams is Sugar Candy--a fact that is hidden in the product display. It not only tastes bad, it gives me a headache each time I take it. It definitely is not an Ayurvedic Tonic.
