Very Good customer service !!
I had placed order for this bottle for my 7yo daughter on 9 June 2024. Received the bottle neatly packed within a week and the return window was closed on 26 June 2024. After 2 months of continuous use, the bottle developed rust inside (Pic 1). Hence I contacted the seller through Amazon. At first they told that replacement won't be possible as it was not covered under warranty. Then I sent them the pic, they told to send the old bottle back and told they would dispatch the new bottle.When I said I would return the old bottle once I get the new one, they said share the contact details we will dispatch the new bottle.I received the new bottle today (Pic 2).I asked about the return of the first bottle, they said no need to return (Pic 3).I'm very much impressed and amazed by the customer service, they were continuously in touch through Amazon and later whatsapp.And this is a genuine product review (no cashback coupons offered) :DThe bottle is very sturdy and can keep water hot for minimum 6 hours. Easy to use and carry...But full marks for the customer service... !!!Thank you so much guys... !!!!I've telling everyone about it and recommending... !!

Unbreakable

Amazing colour and bottle is awesome
I have bought 4 bottle and in total and they all are good. Quality, durability, colour scheme are all excellent. Easy to carry and use and it is leak proof.

Beautiful yet sturdy and leakproof !
Came in a beautiful packaging- none less than good branded bottles. Beautiful color and the lock ensures that the water does not spill out even if kept upside down. Water stays hot for long. Best thing they do have option of purchase of only cap in case it gets damaged- well thought by the manufacturer.

The water bottle is nice and holds the temperature well. Good buy for kids

Good one!
I like the steel bottle which is of good quality. It's been 3 months of usage and quality is as good as new. The mouth of the bottle is of plastic which is hard fibre and hence not like silicone that gets fungus in sometime. The mouth is big enough to wash it easily. Water doesn't leak and the cap has a handle which makes it easy to carry anywhere. Overall satisifed with purchase and quality of product.

Poor product
It is not insulated. Does keep water hot for even 3 hrs. And they are claiming 24 hrs. Don't waste money . Paint is coming out
