Easy to use.
These are cute and easy to use. Draw back, the neck band was uncomfortable and cumbersome. The tightening bead came right off, this is a problem and a chocking hazard. They didn’t last 10 minutes.

We bought these for a yard party. We, obviously, didn’t read the description well enough. All of the pieces are really small. We used them and found they were good quality.
