Got the instructions for a drum barbeque whereas this is a compact barbeque. There are a lot of allignment mismatches.1. The coal/ash tray is smaller compared to the drum floor. What's the purpose if coal/ask would anyways spill on to the drum ?2. The barbecue tray where you would actually cook the meat didn't fit properly. If I move one edge even slightly, the entire tray falls rights into the barbecue pit. Just imagine how disastrous this could be when you have a hot coal and your tray full of chicken ready to cook. Looks like I need to handle this delicately.The warming tray has two nut bolts welded on both the sides and one of the nuts literally came off while assembling (shows poor quality). I can't return the product because I spent 3 hours figuring out and assembling and can't spend the same time taking apart.Both the videos and the instructions sheet doesn't mean anything for this compact version of their barbeque. You will definitely will get stuck somewhere. I'm still trying to figure out how to setup the warming rack. Their video will only show you how to setup their "drum" version. Instruction sheet has compact version included. But instructions are not clear.Please note, I'm taking that broken warming rack to a near by welding shop to get that nut bolt welded again to the warming rack ( I'm doing all this just because I have barbeque planned for a small family event coming up, and no time to return order a new one).

I got this for camping. We have a larger family and so we generally need more than the one grill most campgrounds provide.
