used this on some rater stubborn motor couplings that had been on for ~ 20 Years, we did one with the old hand puller, that wasn't fun, bought this, managed to get the other 3 motors done with ease.2 draw backs, the length of the hydraulic ram is about 50mm, easy to overcome by adjusting the unit down its own thread or packing the end of the shaft with some bits of plate.the arms are skinnier than the bracket so there is a lot of sideways movement on the arms until you get some tension on them. easily fixed by packing out the sides with some washer (not included in the box) overall would recommend for anyone who like me, does not like to work hard when you don't have to.

Does what it's designed to do.Pulled off two couplings with ease similar to one that took all day with two of us struggling with a few weeks ago.Only issues we had was this was maybe a little too bulky for a restricted space and the ram was too big to slide into the center of the couplings we were removing.(I should of probably been using a lighter duty puller but as the couplings have probably not been off for about 50 years the lighter duty pullers I had available wouldn't do the job on the previous one so went straight to this)

It is well made, all metal construction and did the job I ordered it forNo instructions but simple to use so none needed.The transit box is very strong and adequate to store it safely.Arrived a week late. Tracking info appalling.

Was abit disappointed that it doesn't come in its own box or with instructions... Good job we already know how to use one
