A very prompt delivery has bee the only good thing, but all the rest was notGreat disappointment when I turned it on and inspected the condition. it was in very poor condition. In fact, at the time of ordering the machine, I asked the seller secondlife-it before hand to let me know about the condition of the product, and they happily confirmed that this is a grade A product. It was not true, obviously. Apart from the general condition, the main issue was with the screen which had deep imprints of a keyboard, which I presume was due to the machine been kept under pressure for a long time. There were other permanent marks on the screen, such as deep scratches, etc. The display is also showing signs of discoloration.I spent a bit of time on this machine to upload my data and programs, so was hesitant to return it for a refund rather i wanted to keep it for emergencies, etc. However I was expecting acknowledgment from the seller and consideration of a partial refund.Later on I found the machine was a piece of junk, it stopped working and had to binned for recycling. particularity when the seller refused to pay for return costs so I took It to a local shop. It worked for while and then stopped forever. It was a total loss.I paid and lost 200 pounds on this purchase and now as I can see the price dropping down to 141۔ So If any one punching it now will be at risk of loosing 60 pounds less than what I paid for or tif lucky the return cost at the least. By the way I purchased this item from Secondlife-it. Now I see that sellers name has been changed. This is a bit of strange phenomenon.

Great Deal and Company!
This is the second product I've had from LOOP8, and they do not disappoint. It's great to see some consistency across their refurbished offering. This Lenovo L390 came safely packaged, is as new, spotless and, it's early days but so far works exactly as it should. It's lightweight so will be easy to carry on my train journeys with me too. Ideal! I will not hesitate to buy refurbished from this company again

Not have a microphone and the volume doesn't work.
There is a problem with the volume and microphone, despite the item being listed as "used but as new".
