I purchased this for a small two-burner gas grill. I ended up having to take the upper shelf and grates out to fit a decent size chicken. The part that’s designed to sit on the grates ended up sitting on the opposite shelf on the outside of the grill. Assembly and installation is dead simple, very easy. Everything fits together nicely and works very well. The motor is quiet and smooth, though the switch is a little difficult to hit. I ended up cooking my chicken at about 350° for about 2.5hrs. I was surprised that it was every bit as moist and delicious as any rotisserie chicken I’ve ever bought. Over all it worked amazing and I hope to use it a lot more.

I like the quality of the steel used, seems like it will last a long time. I have not used it yet but all pieces fit well together and mate up to my weber 22 inch kettle and performer grills perfectly. look forward to using it soon.

This review is for the product description and not for the actual product.I could not use it for my Thanksgiving turkey, so that is my major disappointment.It is not as universal as they claim and did not fit my barbecue despite the description including the model we have.It appears to be well made but does not include an attachment that would work to fit it universally and even if I drilled it, and the cooking pole is square the entire length. There was insufficient space allowed in my barbecue lid for it to both be square and also rotate. :-(I ended up deboning my turkey and cooking it in the June oven, which was a first but incredibly came out moist and braggable.Probably a wonderful product but not universal. Give yourself plenty of time to check and return before you need it, unlike me.

Good value it worked Good did two turkey's on it at one time only complaint the main bar is nor solid and is very flexible I was under the maximum 30lb limit but it still preformed good had to make some adjustments to universal fit to get the lid to close but good rotisserie.

I love this basket. I love chicken wings,and I can put them in the basket and they cook to perfection. Anything I have put in the basket has came out great.

Use this rotisserie kit for my regular group meeting. The instruction is clear and I am able to follow and install. I think the price is based on the motor and the weight of good the kit can hold. The kit rotates around the same speed as I apply more food to it. The rotation helps the heat to evenly distribute to the meat. It do not need to host a hundred people party. This is enough for me to grill for for a small party or group meeting. While not in use, this can be easily take apart for cleaning. I have not test the limit of 30 lb of maximum weight of meat. I don't even attempt to try. I mainly use the kit for meat around 15 to 20 lb and this kit is able to handle the weight. I do not know how durable it is as I just use it twice. I will let you know if I come across with any issues in the future.

This thing is fantastic! It works perfectly with my Weber Kettle. I’m able to spatchcock a whole chicken put it in this basket and rotisserie it to perfection. I can’t wait to do something with vegetables. Money well spent!

hole is too small for 1/2 inch hexagon spit even though description says it does.
