Replacement Salt System Cartridges (2 Pack) for Highlife, Limelight and Caldera Spas

Came quickly as described and cheaper than my local spa store

I ordered the 2 pack salt cartridge a few weeks ago, and the first cartridge stopped working after a couple of weeks. I've requested a refund or replacement but have heard nothing back from the seller yet. I'll give them a little more time to respond, but now that I'm reading the reviews it seems the faulty cartridge is a common theme. I guess I should have read them before I bought the product. However, I assumed since I've used this same brand of cartridge for over 3 years, it wouldn't matter where I bought it. I guess I was wrong. Lesson learned. I recommend you buy it from your local shop. I've only given 1 star for now. If I hear back from the seller and they do the right thing, maybe I'll change my rating.

These came in a two pack. One was defective and my spa would not recognize it. It’s an expensive item for it not to work.

Purchased a two pack and one of these was faulty right out of the package. Never produced cholrine after 5 days of being installed. I installed the other cartridge and had chlorine the next day. Put in for an exchange and they were very prompt. Thank you.

These are expensive cartridges. They are OEM. Followed user interface directions regarding power down before actually removing and replacing the salt cartridge 5 weeks ago. For the last four weeks the chlorine level has been below 1 for the weekly test. I add chlorine and get the level above 5. I upped the salt cell to 6 (from 3) and still the CL level is below 1 on the weekly test. I believe the salt cell is defective, but it is too late to return. Be sure to check salt levels and salt cell functioning before return window closes. Previous salt cell worked fine at salt level 3.

Installed cartridge with fresh cleaning of tub and refill. It never worked to produce chlorine and sent my salt system into shutdown. After troubleshooting I pulled the new cartridge out and installed the second which luckily worked. I reached out to the seller to get a replacement and told I could try and return through Amazon. It was a 2 pack so not sure how that’s actually going to work (if at all). I’m not returning both and waiting for a refund and having my spa sit without a cartridge. Not pleased with customer service here I suggest buying from a local shop or different seller. Edit - second cartridge was also faulty, lasted about 1 week again. Purchase these from a reputable dealer.

These are from China and they did not work. Now I have to pay postage to return it to China.

I bought two of them. Neither one of them worked past a few weeks! had my tub serviced, and they said never buy them online like this!Wasted money!
