I haven’t had surgery yet but I tried sitting on the pillow . It’s pretty firm not really comfortable at all to me . I guess for the price it’s good ? It is more intended in the picture than what is actually is in person. I’m glad it came with a urinal though a nice little touch. The package came pretty quick

I bought two bbl pillows. I bought one from the doctor and this one. This one from here is so much better and it works!! Yes it’s firm but that’s to keep your butt from touching the seat. I’m on the thicker side and I’m not petite. This one works.

Clearly it’s not meant for cushy comfort but for appropriate support and positioning. Which it provides...It works particularly well with the additional back support. I can honestly say it has saved my butt (and my back) Lol. Glad I got it.

If you’ve had a BBL this is a no no. I’m 5’9” and I couldn’t sit on it to drive. I took it to work and had to stand end up leaving early. Please find something soft yet firm like a boppy I added a piece of styrofoam placing it at the bottom to sit firmly while the top stays soft for my things. Or roll up a big towel.

This booty pillow is fantastic! Super comfy, not to soft, not to hard like other pillows. Very nice, used this one in the car and wherever I go, an absolute must use to keep your BBL intact. Highly recommend!

Initially, this item did appear to be a of good quality/value. Although, I haven’t even used it for a week and it is starting to lose firmness and doesn’t hold like it used to.The shecup does work pretty well
