I got this back support primarily for my right hip/lower back area. I garden a lot and I'm a very active bowler. As a senior age bowler it gets harder as we get older with aching joints, and for me it was that right hip area that is an obstacle to bowling well and getting through the whole three games.I have used this back support for two bowling sessions that were just two days apart from each other. I can say without any doubt that this is doing exactly what I was hoping it would do. It's transformative. The support is quite effective at allowing my body to get into proper positions to throw the bowling ball correctly.As the spring weather gets better I believe that it's going to make it a lot easier to do my tasks without discomfort. There's an awful lot of bending and twisting while gardening.I like the adjustable nature of the support belt, being able to make it as tight as I want. I like it fairly tight. I like the fact that it is very wide as well. I wear it so is is centered on the boney part of the hip joint. It stays put where I place it and doesn't shift it's position.This has been a good purchase for me. I'm very satisfied with this back support belt.

This is really helpful. We are moving and my back was hurting from lifting the boxes. I didn't want a huge brace. Just some support for my lower back. I also used it while I played pickleball. I love that it isn't too bulky. I am 5' and 117 pounds and it fits great.

The belt helps my back a lot, stabilizes my sciatic area and I have less pain. Only complaint is the strong offensive chemical odor. I aired it out without any change so will launder it next. If washing doesn’t help I will return it.

This belt has helped my old weak back soooo much. It helps to support my big flabby abdomen therefore helping my posture and back discomfort. It seems to be made of quality material, not weak and thin at all.

Best back brace I've ever had. Relieves pain and easily gives me more freedom/flexibility than any others. It's not uncomfortable like a lot of back braces.

This belt is very nice and so easily adjustable, does not get in the way of stretching, bending and lifting. I use this when moving heavy garden pots, pushing and pulling and lifting heavy stuff and it works well to stabilize your abdominal muscles and back during heavy lifting to avoid injury. So, i am usually using it to avoid injury rather than treat injury. Much better than what I was using before, and easier to get on and off and adjust without too much added bulk around your middle. Elastic is strong but not uncomfortable.
