Sturdy and great looking
Ordered a blue/teal case for my son and happy with the quality. Plenty of room inside for violin, two bows, a should rest and resin. My son loves the bright fun teal color.

Great case
This case is perfect. It holds a 4/4 violin very well. With two bows and room for rosin. The cover for over the instrument and interior finish do a great job of protecting everything inside. And the outer case it solid and strong appearing. Hopefully that never gets tested. But it looks like it would hold up well. It is a great case in a reasonable price range. She is very happy with everything about this case.

Yes, there's room for a shoulder rest.
Nice looking, seems quite sturdy, and I like the trim size. My collapsible shoulder rest fits nicely in the compartment at the bottom end. I also like the little rubber feet that lets it stand securely on end. It's heavier than my previous case, but I hated the zippers on that one and really wanted one with clips like this has.Update - 1 year later and I still like it. It's held up well with getting hauled to weekly lessons and rehearsals.

Beautiful Violin Case. But Black Fiberglass Finish Scratches Easily.
The Crossrock violin case is a good looking case. The only problem I have with the case, especially the black color, is that scratches show easily. I have several of this brand of case because they are so well built. I still love it. With much gratitude, thank you, and hope this helps others. :DPros:1) Well made violin case, inside and out2) Great looks3) Structure is Durable4) Lovely velvet interiorCons:1) On the heavy side2) Case finish can scratch easily

Great double case
This replaces a Bam double case that was protective but huge. The Crossrock double case holds two of my fiddles and four bows. None of the bows contact the fiddles anywhere. I can fit two folding shoulder rests in the case, and my rosin, tuners, mutes, etc., all fit in the small lidded compartment. It's a slim case that's easy to carry and has locking clasps. On the downside, the storage compartment is really very small inside, and the shoulder straps are kind of a pain, as the case won't lay flat with them installed. So I just carry it like a briefcase.

Iffy protection...
The bad stuff first. Main issues list - - First issue is if you press down a bit on the top of the case, it's not very hard to deflect the case surface inward. It's stiff, but with a little pressure it can pop or flex inward. Seems like an issue for protection. Definitely cannot trust the case to hold any significant weight. If a person accidentally sits or steps on it, for example, that could be very bad. - Second issue is that the cloth blanket thing included to lay on top of the violin does not stay in place. It is very flimsy and light and will be crumpled to the side of your violin when you re-open the case. If a bow comes loose or something else is loose in the case, I'd want that cloth to be in place protecting the violin. - Third issue is the chemical smell I think others have mentioned. Not overpowering, but definitely there. Hopefully fades. TBD.Otherwise it seems ok. It's stylish and good looking. The handle is well padded and satisfying. The 4/4 violin seems to sit snuggly and well fitted to the padded suspension interior, no disconcerting wiggle. A wolf forte secondo shoulder rest fits in the bottom compartment/slot if the feet are folded down. The velcro neck restraint feels a bit cheap, but overall the interior seems reasonably well made, appealing. Nothing amazing. If you stand the case upright and put some of your weight on the end, it seems stable and strong, didn't notice much deflection. The shoulder straps come in a velvety zipper bag, which is sorta nice, but it doesn't fit inside the case with the violin, FYI. Latches and hinges hardware seem sturdy. Conclusion - still deciding whether to return it or not. Bought it for travel because it's compact, stylish, has lots of strap configurations, and I thought fiberglass would be stronger. I suppose my old foam case probably couldn't take much weight either, so maybe I'll just accept that and be careful. If the smell fades and if I find a 3rd party blanket that works, maybe I'll keep the case. Otherwise returning to swap for something higher quality.

Yup
Everything worked great. Nice to have a somewhat sturdier case

Good for the price
Good light shaped case for the price. Decent interior. Exterior scratches easily, but for the price I wouldn’t expect it to be too rugged.

Me encanto
Buena compra!!
