Sets my make-up and prevents shine. Went for a mile walk with it on, came home and was shocked that I still had no shine. I am 53 and it does not go into my fine lines at all. Highly recommended if you are goth and want to set your make-up, because it is brightly pale. I use it along with my Tirtir red cushion foundation in the shade 10c shell and it sets it very well.

Quite happy about the product.fixing makeup very well, skin feels silky, keeping sweat away in hot weather, holding foundation colour from transferring to clothes.for this price its a very good product.

Love Barry M - cruelty free, reasonably priced and good makeup. This is a very nice little compact with a decent mirror in the lid (which snaps closed very securely). The powder puff feels thick and soft. At first I thought I’d got a duff product. As a previous reviewer mentioned, I thought the holes in the plasic insert had not been punched through properly, but on closer inspection I realised there’s a transparent (and therefore REALLY hard to see) plastic sticker placed over the holes - obviously to stop all the powder coming out before purchase. I peeled it back partly so that some powder comes through but not too much. I’m very pale, and didn’t want a powder that is too dark or that oxidises - so this is perfect. It mattifies the skin, but without adding colour and without looking cakey or dusty. Even though it’s a loose powder I feel happy carrying around in my bag because I only partly unobstructed the holes, and because it shuts nice and tight. It’s also quite small. It’s talc based, so if you don’t like that as an ingredient this powder is not for you. Also, not too sure if it would look ashy on dark skin.

Very little amount if you are a regular user of face powder, I do not use heavy make up and irregularly needed to use this powder unless my skin was very oily and needed it for long lasting effect, the powder is quite heavy, and it was great for its purpose on those occasions, although the colour balance was a bit off for me personally and I needed to over compensate with another layer of darker bronzer to balance out the brightness, whiteness effect. I know many people love the white affect with todays trend, so it is still versatile for your needs, but I personally will not buy again just on the basis of the product beinf very little and difficult to press through the little holes, and very similar to talc, I would prefer something more fluid and light for my next purchase.

I carry this in my handbag for touch ups and especially when I’m at work I can get quite oily. This works a treat. A little goes a long way.
