This is a cool, comfortable summer dress. The neckline design and sleeves are embroidered, not printed. It makes me feel festive. It's a little shorter than I am used to, but not immodest. A wear it with a pair of flip flops or sandals, but not with flats. Thick dangly earrings and a big floppy hat to finish the look. I have not put it in the washer. I am worried the fabric might shrink and distort the neckline embroidery. I do put it in a few minutes on air dry after hand washing. It gets the wrinkles out. Then I hang it to finish drying. Worth the cost and not junk like so many clothing items on Amazon. I am 5'4 220# and a 2x is a good fit. I carry most of my weight in my stomach and this doesn't cling to my fat.
