Make a great addition to the flavour of Indian, Thai and Chinese food
For years I'd used Cumin Powder in the things I cooked, but upon trying Cumin seeds I realised they had a much more subtle flavour which adds an extra layer of complexity to the taste of the food.Rajah seeds always manage a high quality of seed perfect for such cooking.

These cummin seeds are great iff you pessle and mortar them,i put them in my HOT chillis you can really taste the difference from powdered.
