Quick Drying Interior/Exterior Woodsheen DARK WALNUT 750ML

Uplifted my front door. Great finish.

As a beginner when it comes to wood care, I was a little nervous about finishing my floating desk project. The internet was confusing with variations to “the best way to stain and seal wood”. Came across this product and thought the 2 in 1 stain and varnish could be great but also might not give the desired “industrial look” finish I was hoping for. Could not be anymore happier with the outcome of this project thanks to this product. It turned out exactly the way I had hoped. Worth noting though, I didn’t sand a test piece and the finish was not very nice at all. On the final piece, I sanded with 240 grit followed by 320 grit for a smooth finish. After the first coat I sanded again with 320 grit before putting the second coat on which in my opinion looks great! Well worth the money and the coverage is fantastic

the paint was nice and looks nice but you need to apply about 5 coats to make it look great or the undercoat will come back throw. 5 stars for the seller, 4 for the paint and 0 for delivery company evri/hermes that delivered it to the wrong door so i wont buy from the seller again because of the delivery company.

Is it a paint? Is it a stain? I needed to refinish exterior wood panelling that looked as if it had been painted but could not find a super dark brown 'glossy' paint to match. Gave up and gave this a punt. Light rub down and painted on without any problem and it did the trick. Nice finish and the deep brown colour with satin/gloss finish restored. So what is it like on bare wood? It covers well, gives a deep brown colour with gloss/satin finish. 2 coats and it almost matched in with the previously painted surface I worked on. (see photo - raw wood left). Not sure why other people had such a problem 'painting' with it. I used it on a quite cold day, perhaps that helped. It's a stain combined with varnish - does what it says on the tin and gives good coverage on bare or pre-painted/stained/varnished surfaces.

Really good, we struggled to get a colour and thickness suitable for our scratched wooden stairs. The colour wasn’t a perfect match but don’t think we were going to get that as our stairs would have faded over time. However we were able to blend it in and took no time at all. Stairs looks amazing again.
