Blemished & Dented
I have emailed Globe Electric about this twice with no resolution.My wife and I have been anticipating the arrival of this lamp for our home as we are newlyweds. We have been so excited to receive this because of the great reviews and beautiful look. Unfortunately, the one we received is dented and has blemishes. There is a dent on the base with some of the paint coming off. There are also some scratches along the center of the lamp and the plastic for where the light bulb screws in has chipped. It seems like this was perhaps a returned product or just bad luck. Either way, we would love to please get a better version of this beautiful lamp from Globe Electric. Thank you!*Update: Globe Electric sent me a replacement lamp that is in better condition. Thank you!

Damaged and missing parts
I received the box like it’s been thrown down multiple flights of stairs, only to open it and it’s missing the shade, and it’s completely damaged. Was really looking forward to having this floor lamp. I love the style now I have to go back to the drawing board, Find a different lamp and return this one. Annoyed would be an understatement.

Tasteful
The frame is a painted metal to look like bamboo. Has a pedal button for on & off. No dimming. I bought it with no light bulb, so I bought my own warm E22 type bulb. Very happy to have this over my reading chair!

Missing Socket Ring, 62” Faux Wood, White Shade
Can I be sent the socket ring that is supposed to come with the 62” faux wood lamp? It is missing from the box, and I already put the lamp together. Other than this, the quality is great for the price.
