Hey everyone, I've been using L-Tyrosine for six weeks. This product is a life changer for me! I read about this amino acid, (L-Tyrosine) in an article at psychologytoday.com. I got to there because I was feeling so bad that I actually typed into Google; " How can I stop feeling so bad", which, since the inception of the internet, I have done many times. It was actually a casual mention of L-Tyrosine. Then I came straight here to Amazon to see if I could get it and bingo, it was available and there, in these very helpful reviews was a gold mine of help, about 90% positive, while alone made my day and filled me with hope.I should stop and mention that at this time not only was I feeling terrible, I wasn't sleeping well, tossing and turning all night and full of anxiety during the day. I am a graphic designer/internet marketer who works at home and I could barely even motivate myself to get anything done. I was actually in a panic. I was experiencing the worst anxiety/depression of my life and from past experience didn't want to see a doctor.I have been through that route when I was younger, about 30 years ago, (I am in my mid 50's), and though it was nice to have someone to talk to, the meds did little and the side effects were unpleasant. I should also say here that I am becoming an advocate for depression/anxiety, for me this is a chemical thing. Yes, I have problems, but nothing in my life experience could make me feel this bad. People have to understand the types of depression.I researched as much as I could about L-Tyrosine and found out a lot of useful info. I went to seminar at me kid's high school and learned about the links between, serotonin, dopamine and depression. That a lack of serotonin can depress and cripple you, even cause outright fear. Anyway, I want to write a blog post, heck a book about this subject. I ended up using a "stack" which is 500mg tab of L-Tyrosine in the morning with water on an empty stomach and I also take a 50mg tab of 5-HTP at dinner with food. These are amino acid supplements, totally natural and with no side effects, and you know, a much lower price than the SSI drugs the doctors, I will keep that opinion to myself, can prescribe.I am feeling great and , honestly more productive than ever! I am sleeping much better, not perfect but getting my rest. I am going to venture to say that if I tried this method 30 years ago, my life would be much different overall!Do some research and check it out, This is what living is all about, being happy and engaged.

These capsules have made a huge difference in my life. They are more effective than the antidepressant I used to take and have had a huge impact on my anxiety. The prescription medications never did anything for me. I only tried two types but neither did anything for me besides cost me money. L-tyrosine is subtle, so don't be expecting a rush of wonderful feelings from it. I noticed immediately that it gave me energy but it took me awhile to make note of the other effects. One day I had to meet with a professor and this is normally something that would send me into a panic attack and I would have to take an anti anxiety pill. This day however, as I was walking from the train, I realized I did not even consider bringing my anxiety medication with me. I was not agonizing over having to break out of my comfort zone. It was then that I realized that I had been feeling a lot more comfortable lately. It was amazing! I had no idea it even happened but looking back on it, my obsessive thoughts and worrying were no longer ruling my life! I still probably have more anxiety than the average person but that is just because I have been this way for so long that it has become apart of my personality. However, taking two of these every day made my life so much more manageable and I feel more confident than I have in a long time. Also, with the absence of my old anxiety I have been able to push myself out of my normal comfort zone and do things I would have never considered doing before. For someone like me, that's practically a miracle.I urge everyone who struggles with depression or anxiety problems to give this a shot before going on prescription medication. I am a very skeptical person and have had very little success with natural pills and vitamins for battling depression and anxiety so trust me, I'm not one to experience a placebo effect. I've tried 5htp and valerian root with absolutely no changes. I did have succes using Sam-e but after doing some research, I heard about l-tyrosine and I preferred it because it gave me more energy. Anyway, I would definitely reccomend giving this a try! It's inexpensive and if it worked so well for me it might work for you too!

I am pregnant and so tired all the time regardless of the amount of sleep and rest I get. I started taking these and didn't feel much at first. After about the first two days, I noticed I had more energy to complete daily tasks that I have always dreaded before. It's nothing insane or crazy, it doesn't make me feel jittery. It is the perfect amount of "UMFFF" I needed to get through the day. It DID effect my sleep at first a little bit but my body had adjusted and I feel great. I was never tired even when my body was adjusting to the new supplements. I still had energy. Try it out! It's a great price.

This was the biggest game changer in healing from adrenal fatigue. I still have to guard my energy, but when I start falling into intense fatigue, I'll take this again for a few mornings and feel better. Everyone is different and has their own path to healing--for me, this was it. Not to mention, it was one of if not the cheapest solution I attempted as far as supplements for healing.

The expiration date of the product is on march 25 it doesn’t make sense just one month o utility the expiration date should be announced before buying !
