I have 34 inch waist and large fits just right for me. if you like them tight order S if not i think M

small can fit well,but the medium have more room and more comfortable for wearing.

Q: Is this made of natural polyamide such as silk? Or synthetic form like nylon?

The tag says 80% polyamide and 20% spandex. There very smooth, soft, light weight and comfortable. They’ll dry in about 12 min. on low. Not sure if it’s synthetic.
