Very nice monitor, just what I wanted Great quality.
For years I have had 2 27" curved monitors, originally both eh same spec, then bought a superior Samsung monitor, which is super high quality, but has had some issues with the monitor menu and connections. I bought this monitor because it had a) 240 max fps potential, b) rapid IPS monitor and c) 27" flat, which is all what I was looking for. The Samsung monitor I was paired it with was 240fps VA curved, and I wanted a difference. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it as it was very different and didn't look that good quality, however after having used it for months I can say with confidence its a superb monitor and puts my expensive Samsung one to shame in some places. Its very smooth and reliable, it has a good monitor menu, gaming looks very good on it, the colours are nice etc. If you have similar requirements to mine for a new monitor, this is a very good option and works like a charm.

Good budget monitor for gaming
Bought this for my son to play Fortnite on as I only had Dell monitors here for work which are only able to display at 60fps. The MSI easily handles 120fps via his PS5. It's a good display but be prepared for a lightweight panel with cheap stand that clips on the bottom of the screen. I was quite disappointed as for some reason I imagined unclipping my dell and putting the new panel on the heavy Dell stand but unfortunately the MSI does not have the Vesa cut out that the Dell uses. It does have 4 screen holes which I presume are in the Vesa position so hope to use one of my Alienware stands (not at this location so cannot try now) and get this monitor up a bit (as the cheap stand it comes with has no riser). A few days after buying this it is again at the reduced price of £108 which I feel is a good price for what you are getting. Be prepared to look for a better stand or even better a pole with bracket(s).

Best screen ive ever bought
This was a no brainer for the low price and number of features included. it has a blue light reduction & user defined adjustments to set it up so it doesnt hurt the eyes, pro set up, game set up & much more. The stand is solid has counter weight height adjustment swivel and tilt for the perfect viewing angle; a nice slim bezel and a toggle switch that is simple to use. The power unit has a long enough wire so that it sits on the floor without hanging or having to place it on the desk. Mine arrived absent of any faults or damage so no gripes there. The only gripes i do have are minor: the cable it comes with is too short and lacks quality imo, the on button is too discreet and hard to find hiding on the bottom right of the bezel took me a while to find it, on some setting it has an annoying 60 indicator that blocks some browser settings in the top left corner but does go away when i work out how. All considered this is a 9 outta 10 for me.

Solid MSI monitor
Razor sharp image, good value for money, accessible ports and easy to set up on the stand. I have the larger 32" 1440p MSI G32CQ4 as my main monitor and bought this 24" 1080p one for my boy, we're both satisfied but do note that the deep blacks on the 1440p one are absent on this one, and you notice the difference side-by-side. This one is more like my samsung panels on colour contrast. Which is no bad thing, and still a fine screen. But if you play a lot of space or horror games you're going to want a more jet-black so go for the larger and more cost-heavy MSI monitors.

Buyer beware, MSI don’t think dead pixels are important
The monitor itself is pretty great. Decent refresh options and sharp contrast. The problem is with the manufacturer and their warranty and aftercare.Mine developed a clear, awful, bright green dead pixel after a few months, but MSI will not work with me to repair it citing their policy:“Please keep in mind MSI doesn’t have a 0 dead pixel policy. The displays are considered faulty if:There are at least 3 bright pixels within a 15mm circleThere are at least 5 dark pixels within a 15 mm circleThere are at least 5 mixed pixels within a 15 mm circle”So be warned, if you have excellent vision and cannot bear staring at bright green dead pixels, you might be better off choosing another manufacturer. It’s a real shame, but this totally ruins the product in my eyes as it’s now unusable to me to play games that feature a black screen or border as I’ve got this horrible green dot staring at me. So sadly, I have to give a single star, as I’ve wasted £300.Perhaps people at MSI have poorer vision? What a shame.

Amazing monitor
For the price, I’m really happy with this monitor. Although, people warned in reviews about dead pixels I decided to bite the bullet but I am shocked at how amazing not only the monitor quality is but also the fact that I’ve had it since October/November 2024 and no pixels have died.If I were to add a downside, its that a HDMI cable is provided and not a display port one however this was personal preference as my graphics card can only take one HDMI and the rest have to be display port (monitor on the left is HDMI only)
