Better than most other brands and pile depths and makes for a streak free, bubble free finish, as would happen with a longer pile or a foam roller when applying wood paint

Used on 6 panel doors that had been primed but nothing else. Had a lovely finish, and liked painting with them. Cannot fault in any way.

difficult to wash out, but that's normal, need some sort of roller cleaner :-)

Used these for painting a ply construction cabinet - they give an excellent finish - no bubbles and even cover. Would buy them again once these are no longer serviceable- they wash out easily so I think they’ll have a good life time before I need to re buy.

A decorator friend tipped me off on these, I got them for £14 inc p&p.They don't moult, great 4 inch rollers which I've used with dulux trade satin and sadolin varnish on doors and windows.With varnish, my tip is to lightly load roller ,whip it over with minimal pressure then use a clean brush to gently lay it off along the grain.Don't overload roller with varnish/gloss, or go over the same areas too many times or it will smear like jam, and you'll have to wipe off and start over. You can also remove paint with a dry roller, better to do 3 thin layers than 2 thick ones. Letting each coat dry before applying the next.Also recommend a tub of wonder wipes, kept on handGood luck. I use them to paint my fences

Bought these due to the good reviews and wanting a really smooth finish. They're better for matt paint but not great for gloss on this occassion. The rollers created a stippled effect, that I had to brush out, which improved the finish a bit. I didn't get this effect when using the Harris range from bnq.

Great for eggshell and emulsion on wood and flat plaster.
