Once I found out how to fasten the velcro straps it was very comfortable to wear. I bought weights to put in the pockets which did the job. I will increase the weights over time. Just incase you wanted to know, It doesn'tset off the alarms in shops!I am hoping that it will help strengthen my bones.

...as you need to be a contortionist to get this on. I didn't manage to do so.I had to1) put in on over my head2) rotate it 90 degrees about my neck/shoulders3) put the bottom strap through the D ring and velcro together4) reposition my arm above the strap5) put the upper strap through the D ring and velcro together6) rotate it 180 degrees to deal with the other side7) after that, I could only put the bottom strap on the other sidethrough the bottom D ring and velcro together.The final strap is to high up for me to reach.There is not enough velcro strap length to avoid using the D rings altogether.My experience is to avoid any design with D rings on the side/by the ribs,otherwise you may not be able to fasten up the equipment on your own.I've got to send it back (and the weights I had to buy separately also).

It states that its a 20kg weighted vest. Any reasonable person would assume that the vest comes with the weights. However they only send the vest. Plus the quality is really bad. I have returned the item

When I brought it, it says weights included 20kg, after I receive it change

Title states "20KG" but this does NOT include weights.
