Amazing Quality
It has a lot of great features, and the quality is AMAZING! The accessories are very nice, and installation is easy. The overall quality is incredible for its price. However, the resolution isn't the best when you zoom in — it’s not super crisp, but still good. I really love it and recommend it!

the 24/7 security recording
the product meet expectations as my whole point was a camera that record everything happens 24/7 and this one was more than enough. u just install it and connect it to a power source and that's it.two thing to mention is to active the 24/7 recording option1- u need to install a hard drive which doesn't come with the package so u will have to buy it by your own and if u didn't install that hard drive u won't be able to record 24/7 because there is no space in the homebase. so it's something to consider when u r calculating the total cost of the product. ( i bought an external one which worth 600 AED for 2 TB)2- if u use the 24/7 recording option u have to disable the Ai options such as human deduction,tracking, etc. otherwise if its active it will record only when there is a movement deducted around and not 24/7.so its either this or that u can't have both.for me as i mentioned i only wanted to record and that's it so it's more than enough for me with a high quality but it's good to know for anyone interested to buy this item.

Weak reception, unstable connection, false information
The home base reception is awful. The seller claims that the home base range is 25 meters, which is completely false because it doesn’t connect even 10 meters away in clear view. If you plan to put the home base in a cabinet or in a room forget it, it won’t work. I'm returning it because technician couldn’t establish a stable connection. I lost 745 aed installation plus 600 aed for wiring and I have to pay another installation fee for a new camera set. The technician said that this a known problem which has been reported to eufy but eufy keep ignoring the issue.
