Best caviar I ordered
This has become my favorite caviar. The eggs are silky and just firm enough without being hard. The smoky taste isn’t overpowering. I held a caviar tasting at Thanksgiving with osetra, sevruga, paddlefish, salmon roe, tobiko and this caviar. Everyone voted the trout roe as the best one.

Not smoked
The product was of good quality. Not too salty or stale. The roe was very firm. Excellent quality overall. HOWEVER, it was not smoked as the label said. I couldn't return it and the email I sent to the manufacturer was NOT responded to. Has to be a method to refund in it is not the product ordered.

Goes well with just about anything!
Taste so wonderful. I can't wait to order again. Very versatile. I love it in snacks, canapes. I wonderful Keto option for breakfast.
