Love the walker! Great quality and easy to assemble.

This is going to make life so much more manageable for me, I love that it's upright! I didn't want to create more issues by having a lean over walker, this is perfect!

It's sturdy and easy to assemble. One issue with it though is it's cumbersome. Top handle's you have to screw bolt through in order to adjust instead of push button. It's very heavy so it's hard for me to hold onto it when I fold it up and it's to big too fit in small SUVs easily. I had to remove handles and still had some difficulty. But it is a great walker for sturdiness and easily maneuvers around the house.

It is sturdy and well designed and constructed. Very stable on smooth hard surfaces and it is wide and supports up to 500 lbs. It works on grass and gravel or other unsmooth surfaces. Go slow if not on smooth hard surfaces. It will slide in grass and catch a rock and throw you off balance. Be careful you will be ok. I am 6' tall and there is room for adjustment up and down. It is worth the money. You can move around and always have a seat when needed.

I purchased this product the first time several weeks ago for my disabled mother. I’ve purchased two walkers for her before and had no issues assembling them myself. However, this is my first time buying from Elenker and the R2 leg kept jamming and I was unable to insert leg in the chair so I returned and requested another ElenkerWalker thinking maybe the one I purchased was a one-off. I requested another and received the second and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened with the R2 leg. This is a defective and cheaply made product and not worth the time or the money. Needless to say I’m returning the second walker and requested my money back. I’m sure the company will repackage this item and resend to someone for them to experience the same issue!!!

I LOVE my Elenker upright walker! I knew it was time for me to start using a walker when I had many near falls (one into a sliding glass door window. Thank God it held). I am a big guy weighing in at 340 pounds so I knew I needed a bariatric walker. I did a lot of research looking at different brands and models available on Amazon. Well, this one seemed like a good fit. I was not let down. Now I can walk farther than before and I like that I'm upright... Not hunched over like typical walkers make you do. It's so big compared to other walkers in my facility that I call it "The Mack Truck of Walkers". AND, now I'm able to walk my dog again! I had to make a slight modification to the foam backrest to allow his leash to go in it but now my 30 pound Cocker Spaniel can pull me around like a sled dog! I highly recommend this walker.

I love this rolator. However I wish it came with heavier/sturdier wheels.

In my case I could not use this walker.Left brake did not work out of the box.Poor design. Rear axle bolt rubs ankle.I found that the design is very sturdy, but only having one arm this walker is not safe for me.
