I bought this to see if it would help with fatigue and hair growth. It is too soon to tell if it is helping with either of those however I have noticed a huge difference in the strength of my nails. In the months leading up to taking these I could not grow my nails at all. Even when they were short they were peeling and breaking and I hadn't started wearing false nails or anything that I could attribute this to. Within weeks of taking these they weren't breaking anymore. I have just started my 2nd bottle and I am happy with the cost at just under £10 so will continue to order.

It's not always easy to judge something that works differently for each person. I have been sleeping very very poorly lately, but the day I took these I had much better nights, perhaps too good as I have been sleeping way longer and not wanting to wake up from such a comfy sleep. However, once I am up, I don't feel groggy or tired or anything negative.Easy to swallow and no aftertaste.I've not noticed a lot more in extra energy but I do feel better which I believe is from the sleep. I can't say definitively if it were these but since it started on the day I took them, I think it has something to do with it.At £14.99 though, I do think they're a bit expensive. That said, for me a good nights sleep is well worth it.

I have been taking these for about a week now and I wasn’t sure if they would actually make any difference but I can definitely say that they are!I have found as I get older that I am getting tired more quickly during the day and I have found that to be more the case in the winter months especially so I have been trying to find a natural way to improve that balance and I thought I would try these tablets to see if they would help. I had looked at a few options but the reviews I saw for this particular brand was encouraging so I thought I would give them a try. I’m glad I did because even after the first couple of days I started to notice a difference even my wife did..! I am finding that I have more energy than I had before especially during the day and that I am more alert or aware in myself which is great, I am also sleeping much better which I would not have thought would be the case if I was feeling more energetic but I guess it is my body and mind finding a better balance in myself. Taking them is easy I can sometimes struggle to swallow tablets even with a drink but these I found went down very easily and they don’t feel like they are still in your throat also there was no after taste. I don’t feel any adverse reaction at all and I’m really happy that I have started taking these tablets because I can really feel a benefit and it has even helped with my mood which I guess had a lot to do with that tiredness I was feeling. So these are well worth taking for me and I will continue to do so.

These are Vitamin B6 in capsule rather than tablet form. This is a blessing when you take a variety of suuplements in a day. Hard to swallow tables can literally be a pain.These capsules are pretty easy to swallow and while they hava slightly yeasty smell, they don’t have a taste or aftertaste.At 50mg per capsule, this is a pretty strong dosage, more than my B-Vit complex has of B6, but with B Vitamins, you just pee out the excess in bright yellow wee.The nightly magnesium I take usually has B6 added in, however my current magnesium does not, so I thought I’d try these to add in to replace it.They’re middle of the road when it comes to value, there are some alternatives more expensive and some less.
