Many Great Features
My wife and I really enjoyed using this product! Ninja has made it user friendly with many features that are easy to use. My wife who never used a coffee maker in the past likes the feature of a separate water system for tea and ect. It doesn’t taste like coffee. I like the ability to put coffee and travel mugs. There are other features, we haven’t tried yet, but excited to try

Great and versatile coffee pot!
We really like the water canister and where it’s located on the pot itself. It’s easy to operate and the coffee is hot. We also like the versatility of the Kerig ability as well as the ability to brew a a pot of coffee.

Not a12 Cup Coffee Maker
Coffee maker is great. Love all the options but I don’t understand why it is labeled as a 12 cup coffee maker. It has a 60 ounce water reservoir and a 60 ounce carafe. When selecting to brew a full carafe it says it will brew 55 ounces of classic brew with grounds or 47 ounces if you select “rich” brew. There is not any way to make 12 cups (96 ounces).

Easy to use.
After a few tries getting used to product I have found it to be a exceptional great product,easy to use in multiple ways,easy switch between ways to use each feature and compact size works perfect for my size needs.Would highly recommend.

Great Multi Use Coffee Maker
So far so good. Every Feature works great. Makes Hot Coffee & Warmer plate keeps it hot without the burnt taste. Single cups with pods or grinds work great. Also have made Cappucino's which were excellent. Also set timer every morning & works perfectly. Highly recommend.

Why go to the coffee shop?
Nobody loves their morning coffee more than i do - good coffee is so important to me. This coffee maker is the bestthing going. The three holes (as opposed to Keurig's one puncture) makes the coffee so rich. The frother does amuch better job than my handheld one. Better than going to Starbucks!!
