I'm an Electronic Engineer and have specified many connectors and would mention that this is *not* a Deutsch connector, so it's a bit naughty to use that name for another maker's product. However, the J Ready design incorporates all the characteristics I would expect to see in Deutsch ones intended for damp or marine applications. It includes neoprene seals at cable penetrations, a seal between the mating halves, and crisply-molded wedge locks that assure only a little pressure is needed to assemble them. The set comes in a quality polypropylene case, with a disassembly tool. (A review of the tool mentioned that it was fragile, but it must have been improved as I found it sturdy, also larger than the picture suggests.) Astonishing quality - less than $3 per unit including tax! They also include a couple of optional mounting brackets, which is a nice touch. Top Tip from Toby: Make sure the pins in the male half are pulled forward so that the prong clears the land inside the connector body by about 1/4" - there should be a "click" to tell you they are there.

The best connectors in the game honestly, such good value even though a bit pricey compared to others, but you get what you paid for. Easy assembly and install, and perfect fit. Oem look too and works great in automotive applications.

These connectors work great. Easy to put together, great for outdoor use. Nice tight seals. I bought them for adding LEDs to a wrangler. Price is perfect, I’ve seen connectors like these for much more.

These are great connectors.I use them to wire up street rods.

I used these connections to I stall dock lighting under the front deck of a pontoon boat. The connectors were very easy to install and are great for marine use.

The JReady Deutsch connectors themselves seem to be of high quality. The materials and included pins all assemble and fit together well. I've used 3 pairs so far when wiring up accessories under the hood of my vehicle and everything works as expected. The only reason I removed 1 star is because of the included DT connector tool; the tool looks good but the blade and hook metal are too soft. I bent the metal blade tip while trying to remove a plastic plug retainer (!) and the metal hook end started bending as well to the point that it was no longer at a 90-degree angle, so it could no longer grab onto any pin retainers within the DT plug housings.

Comes with a storage and organizer container and the tool to lock the connector. You will need the right crimper tool to do a good job. This style connector is way easier than other types to get a good sealed connection. Great product!!
