I have been adjusting clippers, my whole life, and I have had to adjust every clipper that I've ever had. These work great. They even come with the zero gap tool. When I ordered mine, I had to order a replacement as well. Because the screw was stuck in the blade. That does not take away from the performance. These are really, really good trimmers. 39 years of experience. Reviews of a product should not be based on the how dirty the clippers were when you received them. That's the company that shipped that returned package to you. Let's deliver honest reviews so we can continue to see great products come to the market. MY PEACE.

These things hit man. I used the gapping tool it came with and set them as close as possible without having any problems. It’s super sharp and creates crisp lines. Does not push hair at all. Feels great in the hand. Very ergonomic. No irritation at all either. I only use them for lineups so I can’t speak on how it balds out. Don’t sleep on these.

Excellent quality you can feel as you pick it up. Mine is even better now that I’ve purchased a set of guards for it. I use it for cutting my own hair, it finishes up my neck and over the ears quite well. It also easily cuts through that thicker sideburn/beard hair. A great product as expected from a great brand.

Professional tools need to be versatile but bulking down while cutting against the grain grabs follicles due to spacing between teeth and does not feel good under beard. Due to new blade style it can not be replaced with detailer blade (which is a much better blade) or other market blades (babyliss, cocco, or other dlc blades). Zero gap tool is nice but you have to take blade off to zero gap so not super efficient but what ever.Blade Rating: 3.6 out of ten below average but decent at linesCharger: attempt at universal charging between all wahl products. Snap in base feels a bit cheap but not bad. It’s a little loose of a hold so it wobbles a little. I have there 3 in 1 charging base so it’s nice to have the new clip. About a year after buying, these would not turn on. I took them apart and cleaned it but no avail. I emailed Wahl support but got no response.If I can get help and/or a refund I will change my review.
