These are the most uncomfortable boots I've ever purchased. The initial feel was a bit off, but I thought I just needed to get use to them. I wear Chelsea style boots to work and I'm on my feet most of the day. My feet were hurting after the first hour and I had to occasionally sit to give my feet a break. I still decided to wear them a few days to break in hoping they would eventually be more comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no change. If that wasn't bad enough, the elastic on the sides was already losing elasticity on day three. I now have wavy, bulging sides. One last point, the out-soles are extremely hard and loud when walking on hard floors. I have thin commercial carpet in my office building and my footsteps can be heard from other offices and down the hallways. All my other boots are much quieter and I can barely hear my foot steps.
