Available for immediate use. I recommend this to anyone who sits in front of a screen all day or stands and works with their hands and upper body. So far I haven't had any negative quality issues. Don’t waster your money. Literally a day after my return date closed— it stopped working. I have other red light devices that have worked wonderfully— and are still working and I purchased them months before I bought this one. This was the most expensive one I have purchased and the poorest quality. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I like this one for a few reasons. I really like how portable it is. You can store it when you're not using it. I like that it is comfortable on the skin and easy to wear. We recently had the opportunity to take it on a road trip . The experience was great and overall, I love this belt. I use it on my lower back and also over my shoulder.

The strap that goes under the bicep is much to small for large arms. I couldn't fit it properly on my shoulder because the strap wouldn't stay together. It came with a strap extension for the strap around the chest - it needs one for the strap that goes around the bicep. I don't know if the unit would do any good since I could never fit it properly on my shoulder.
