This is one of my favorite John Maxwell leadership books I have read! If you want to duplicate leaders in your business or organization this book is for you. Simple steps of how to motivate and duplicate leaders. One person can’t do it all.

Very concise, clear, “step-by-step” style of writing, easy to understand and contains reflection questions for us to think. Thank you John!

The subject matter is great, and relevant to my current position. There are some small, but distracting editing errors in the later chapters.

I always enjoy reading John C Maxwell. I want to grow as a leader and develop others to be leaders as well. I wonder how to apply this knowledge in the field of education. How can I use what I have learned to invest in teachers so that they can pass it on to the younger generation. In today’s world, we hear so much about the leadership crisis. What we need now is to start developing leaders in the schools. Develop the teachers, and they can then develop the students.

As a manager and college professor I have found this book very inspiring and readable . Maxwell nailed it again with valuable reflections on the nature of being and building leaders. I will use it in my future management courses.

John Maxwell is an amazing example of what true leadershipLooks like. His books always have exceptional teaching principals, impactful testimonies that will help advance your leaderships skills and empower you to empower others. His books provoke me to invest in others and be a team player to make a difference in other peoples lives and add value to people so that they can be a valuable asset to society.

I headline "leaders who want to develop leaders" because that's what this book is about and to make sure that you understand this book is not for leadership beginners. In my opinion, this book is for someone who has some years of experience with leading but wants to develop up-and-coming leaders within their company or organization.With that being said, WONDERFUL book from the goat of leadership. Filled with many gems (photos attached) that I use for myself and to share with my team.If you're a leader struggling to develop your young leaders, this book is for you! There are action steps at the end of each chapter. This isn't just a read-only work. Take action and start developing your leaders asap!
