perfect replacement for OEM charger
My Acer charger failed. This proved the perfect replacement. I've been using for about 2 months. Laptop is working perfectly.

Took a chance that this was my Chromebook's issue... and it was!
Charging issues had me wondering if the problem was the charger cable or the charging port on the chromebook. Took a chance on this charging block/cord and wound up solving the issue with it.Everything about this item is rock solid. I even used the new computer-side cord plugged into the old power block to see if it was only the cord that plugged into the computer. Works beautifully!

Died after less than 2 months of use, but the seller,BXSM, replaced it under warranty
This compatible charger for Chromebook worked fine for a while, but died after less than 2 months of use. I contacted the seller, BXSM, and received a replacement charger pursuant to the 12 month warranty. Although the charger should have lasted longer than 2 months, I am satisfied with the customer service I received. I would recommended buying from BXSM.

great value
At first I was very annoyed the charger didn't fit my port on my Acer CB3-532, and decided I would return it the next day. Then I found the adapter which had fallen on the floor as I opened the package. Fits perfect, very happy with this product...great value for the money!!

Quick shipping decent priceMy dog chewed up my original one and I wasn't sure if another one would be available.My laptop is ancient by today's standards.I don't know if this is a current model or not.I'm just happy I found a replacement.

Be careful!!
I bought this as a replacement for my Acer N15Q8 chromebook. I researched a few before choosing this one for monetary reasons. What. A. Mistake. Not a week later I was charging my chromebook when I heard a crackling noise and whisps of smoke coming from the charger. I fortunately had it plugged into a surge protector which kicked in. It fused to the power strip, but my chromebook was OK. I think only because the surge protector popped. This cheap power cord ended up costing me more because not only did I have to buy a new power strip, but ended up having to buy a new power cord. With this one the adage of "you get what you pay for" definitely applies. Last thing, I did email the company, twice, with no reply. I just chalked it up to lesson learned. Spend the few extra dollars and buy a better than this one.
