The company immediately reached out and sent me a brand new cup that is AMAZING!Not sure if I got a defective lid or if they are all this way but the screw cap on the chug part of the lid is hard to get off, it gets stuck and almost seems like it doesn’t line up properly. Otherwise it’s a nice cup, water stays ice cold.

Mantiene el agua fría por mas de 12 horas y tiene dos formas para tomar el liquido. Muy bonita lo único es que debería traer protección de silicon abajo como otras botellas pero fuera de eso perfecto

I bought these cups for my kids for school and after owning so many different kinds and brands these are the best; ice lasts forever, 2 different drinking parts (open spout and straw), handle on top perfect to bring to school, don’t leak AT ALL, easy to clean, inexpensive, cute colors.. love them!SECONDLYI had an issue with the lid when one took a hard fall, contacted the company to see if I could get it replaced or buy a new one, they responded to me immediately and not only sent another lid which is all I needed but an entire new bottle that I swear came in the very next day! So impressed with this company will continue to highly recommend to everyone!Thank you powcan💕
