My doctor warned me of potential health problems if I didn’t change my BMI. I have a lot of failed diet experiences. I used the powder with low fat oat milk for 3 days, then used it as substitute for two meals for three weeks, now one meal is the shake. It is easy to do and I’ve lost 8 pounds. I have a 300 calories breakfast, a shake for lunch, a 500-600 calorie dinner. I’m 80 years old and found it important to admit that the problem was bigger than I could solve—prayer is the other ingredient. Eating my own food, rather than special diet food also was important to me. Powder is sold by weight not volume; shake the can before measuring as you would with measuring flour for a recipe. More accurate and it goes farther.

Love the product but only received 1 of the 3 ordered & paid for. When will the remainder of my order be delivered? Very expensive product so won’t settle for less than a complete order!!!

I am a long-time buyer of Almased (years). I love this product, and it works well for me with weight loss. Mixed with (cold) zero-calorie lemon-lime soda, it is a delicious treat. (Mixed with milk or water, I cannot drink it). My doctor approves my use of it. But the cans are barely more than half full, and the powder is so fine that it permeates my kitchen with dust. This is a change from the original product, and it will result in zero purchases from me if it does not stop. This is annoying and strange.

I ordered 3 containers of Almased from Worldwide Nutrition and when I opened the box I noticed that each container was wrapped in bubble wrap and also wrapped together. Therefore no damage to any; I’m very happy.I’ve been drinking Almased since 2014 and have lost weight with it. I took a container for my doctor to look at, he liked what he read. I’m back on it daily for health purposes.I only buy the original because I like to add different flavorings to it. My favorite is chocolate, but right now I’m drinking coconut. I have 3 shakes & 1 small meal in between.

I was able to lose 13 lbs in three weeks on this shake. The reviewer who said she allowed it to sit in her glass an hour or whatever length of time and it hardened, I DON’T BELIEVE IT. While gardening and sipping over a three hour period, the consistency did not change.Some days I handed a cup of fresh fruit to the blender and was still losing weight! First product I have ever used that actually worked!!

I know, I know. You think this is yet another diet concoction that we all try hoping that this is finally the one that works. Well, guys for me, this is the one! It ain't cheap; not by a long shot, but boy does it work for me. You got to faithfully follow the program that they set out for you. It is very clear and precise. If you don't understand it, you can just call them. They are great! They will explain, and help you every way that they can.I went from 219 to 187 pounds in one month! Of course, I didn't exactly follow directions. I stayed on the first part longer ( which you are not suppose to do) with no bad side effects which I think that shows you that it is basically healthy and not a dangerous diet drink like some others are; but I am not suggesting you do what I did!Now, I am following directions, and sticking to the program. One reason is because it is really expensive. That is the biggest drawback is the expense. Oh, another good thing about it that helps you stay on it is the taste. It is not bad at all. They suggest that you can add Stevia or cinnamon, even cocoa, and they have a vanilla flavor (which is more expensive), but I didn't need any of that because I found that the original taste wasn't too bad.So, I first gave it five stars because it really works, but it is just so darn expensive. Oh, another thing. At first, you use it fast because you have to use 8 to 11 tablespoons three times a day and the cannisters aren't that big so you go through them fast. So when you first order it, if you want to lose a lot of weight, you need to order several. I would order the three pack, and see how it goes for you. That is why I had to give it four stars. Even though it works great, and they are so nice and helpful if you need to call them; it is just really expensive and Amazon is the cheapest!

Meal replacement shake easy to make.

Been using this since 2010 every year to reset my metabolism. My skin always glows when I take it and I’ll lose inches without getting loose skin. Not great for weight loss but inches come off in All the right areas. I add cinnamon because the flavor is not great. I gain weight rapidly and this helps my metabolism. I’m 5’5 and maintain 140 until the holidays where I can gain up to 50lbs because I have no discipline so this helps stabilize my metabolism at the beginning of the year.
