So, another version of an old familiar, and often favourite, album by Pink Floyd. Why buy it again? What has this version got that previous have not had?Basically the packaging and the dvd of a performance of Atom Heart are the big draw here. The packaging is based on artwork from their tour of Japan in 1971. It has been released in a 6” single sized record styled sleeve and uses the same master source as the previous release.This is a thing of beauty that you can’t really appreciate from photos.At the price I bought it at it was a no brainer purchase.One for the fans.

Controversial Floyd album (aren’t they all) which Dave and Roger don’t like….but Nick does, and so do I. Very much of its time orchestration and choral arrangements on the title track help create a real one off in the Floyd catalogue, but it’s charming and will not disappoint.Fascinating Japanese version with an added Festival performance and lots of additional associated printed gubbins, all high quality and lots of fun for about five minutes.My favourite cd version of this album, five stars!

As others have said, a great album, a great item, beautifully presented and a fantastic price currently on Amazon.BUT...my copy arrived poorly packaged and the picture booklet was creased. The outer plastic cover was torn and the item was received open, so I think it might be a stretch to call this a "new" item.So, overall, a fantastic item, a great price, the Blu-Ray is fantastic (and probably worth the price alone). I wouldn't buy it at full price, though.But it felt like I was buying a second-hand item and the packaging was rubbish. So pros and cons.

Excellent price lovely packaging can't fault it great cd set

This is a real collectors item. The 7" sleeve release has a wealth of goodies, the 1970 Japanese tour poster, pamphlet, a replica ticket, cd and blue ray concert discs, a photobook plus more. This is a great set for the Floyd collector. It may seem expensive for a cd but it's comprehensive and an authentic replica of the event. A real 'mist have' for any Floyd fan. Love it!!

One of the best reissues ever by Pink Floyd.

I just received a replacement package of this. It is a superb package BUT the blu-ray won't play on my Sony Ultra HD UPB-X800M2. Neither did the first copy. Any one else had this problem? (Also tried on a MAC) The disc is unmarked. The CD is fine. What a disappointment. If the Blu-ray would play I'm sure it would be 5 stars. (The main screen loads, then nothing more. Pressing PLAY returns 'operation prohibited for this disc etc.). Any ideas, folks?
