Despite the long wait for delivery I was keen to give this a go. It arrived in a broken box and I have a suspicion it had been pre-used as it already contained water (which you need to use to keep it cool when in use). There were no instructions (youtube to the rescue). And ultimately it did not work.After a few attempts and waiting for it to take effect there was absolutely no change to the colour of my tattoo.Finally giving up I returned the machine only to find that I must pay for postage...In summary I was sent a piece of rubbish that does not work then be out of pocket to pay it back!Save your time and money and don't bother.

I was very sceptical about how effective this unit would be, considering it is so much cheaper than other tattoo-removal machines, but from the first use I have been surprised and pleased. I'm using it on an all-black tattoo from 1987, and it is astounding how effective it is.I can't attest to the reliability or longevity of the unit, as I've only had it a couple of weeks, but it absolutely works. The instructions/guide aren't great, but this thing gets 5-stars from me because it works. Even if it packs up after getting rid of my unwanted tat, I'll be happy because I would've paid as much getting it removed professionally, and this way I can do it in small sections so any pain and swelling are reduced.If I have any issues, I will update this review, but at the moment I am over the moon with this. Absolutely fantastic - it's like magic watching the laser blast the ink under the skin.
