This is good add on for those who have adjustable beds you can have more comfort and not have to deal with that center bar! for the most part it seems to hold up I move around like a fish out of water no air leaks So far, also this company gives you two inflatable mats and accessories only one electric pump. It came in original box. So for those who need added comfort this might work for you. I only need this for added padding for my adjustable bed. For those who need this other then comfort need you should consult a licensed medical professional.

Works well and is comfortable
I had surgery recently and needed something for my long bedrest stay - this was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Worked easily enough and kept me comfortable while I recovered. If you need something to keep you comfortable while you recover or you just need to spend a lot of time in bed then this is definitely something that will make your time more comfortable - I definitely recommend 10/10.

This kind of mattress saves my bottom. I had developed some serious and painful lesions on my fundament but once I got on this mattress they started healing and now they are gone. This thing works and it has a backup mattress in case the first one springs a leak beyond repair.
