I got these not because I need height or anything, but I stand at my standing desk all day, and find it’s strangely more comfortable on tiptoes, so these work for that. And help with leg pain. They cut down and fit in shoes well.

I bought the thickest one and it feels too bouncy when walking. It should be stiffer to prevent that much of a movement.

I use these to compensate a length discrepancy between my two legs. The right leg is 19 mm shorter than the left. These insoles work well in most of my shoes.

I am 5'4", these gave me the boost I needed. Just make sure the shoes you use have space for the top part of your foot to raise up. I also recommend buying one set first. If they work get more so you dont have to swap them in multiple shoes.
