Not suitable for a newborn
This is a fantastic rotating car seat but definitely not suitable for a newborn as doesn't recline enough. Newborn head resting on chest, once baby is about 3 - 4 months and has good head stability it should be fine.

NOT SAFE!!
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Not safe. You should be able to move the chair away from the back of the seat using the bottom clips..the clips do not clip in, the seat has been known to fly forward and back and not stay in place during driving. They should NOT be selling this item.
