Kinda sketch?-1st Update
Update-12/24-company sent a fresh new bottle well wrapped and securely sealed. They have been super communicative in working to remedy the issue. Will be trying out my new bottle and will report back. They sent a couple of different samples as well , so looking forward to putting them all to the test.-Lid was dented but no seal to bottle. Do I use it? Kinda melted too. Ordered it because I tried a friends zip lock package and liked the calm result but this? Not sure. I think I should return it. Why is there no seal on the bottle?
