Arrived Used and Defective
The item came used and was defective. When we took it out of the plastic, we saw that the prong was blackened from use.We tried to use it and it kept shorting out in 5 mins.Truly disappointed especially we were excited to try the product.

All around a good purchase
it’s a nice grill that’s light and portable. It does what it has to do. If I had to say cons it would be that the wire is a bit short (nothing an extension cord can’t fix) and that that outside rim doesn’t heat as well as in the middle but that’s to be expected (you can literally fix this by moving the food around so it can cook thoroughly)

I open the box. Plugged the heating element/ cord in it did not work. It appeared used. The box was beat up. Blame for everyone on this one. I would give a half star, but not allowed to.
