This is horrible tasting
Got this flour and used it to bake cinnamon rolls. When I opened the bag it smelled bad. I tried it anyways. The taste was ok, once baked. Not good, but not bad. Did taste a little strange. After I ate it, it made me feel a little sick.... I like cauliflower pizza crust, but, this stuff doesn't taste like the cauliflower pizza crust I buy in other finished products. I would avoid this product and maybe this company. The flour was more pumpkin colored and not white like, cauliflower is.

Tastes burnt before even cooking.
I do not recommend this, makes everything turn out very dark brown even before cooking and the taste is super strong and nothing like using fresh ground cauliflower and then making pizza/bread etc. I won't buy it again.

Deben aclarar desde el inicio q es mixta porque tiene otros agregados.
No es arina de coliflor. Es arina de coliflor mixta. Revicen siempre los ingredientes para mayor seguridad.

Do not purchase taste horrible
My daughter have Celiac disease and I always looking for alternative flours to cook with but this flour so far is one of the worst , it taste horrible and it looks like chocolate wile you cook or adding water , It’s just a waist of money 💰
