Poor packaging
Well built heavy duty product. but packaging subpar. Ordered 4 of these and they did all make it. Package was bubble envelope and had hole in it that was big enough for items to fall out. Luckily somewhere along the line someone put a little tape over hole and all 4 items were still delivered.
