Works quickly and stops leaks dead.
Had a pretty good leak. Application was easy and fast. Stopped the leak completely. Works better than advertised. Highly recommend this lrody. Worth 100 %what it costs. Tried other products and none worked included products famous in certain infomercial ads and now in stores that sounds like animal at SeaWorld.

Well worth it!
Worked very well for my leaking roof! You hsve to do multiple layers but that's not a problem because it dries pretty quick unless it's cold out. It sealed very good!

Works well but...
This worked will for waterproofing but I had to put a clear cost on to to deal it. It started having spots where it was wearing on after about 6 months. Once I added an extra think clear coat it's been good. Don't use bleach or anything on it or it turns brown.

Great for Maintenance
I used this for maintenance purposes. Motorhome roof had no issues but, wanted to recoat existing caulking. The product is thin enough to fill fine cracks that may cause problems down the road. Would highly recommend for maintenance but not for repair. Application was very easy and dried quickly between coats.

Not what I expected
I expected a thick rubber consistency. Instead it was very thin and runny. It takes a long time between applications. Maybe it will work better for you.

The Product Is Not Vibrant White & Not Great Results
The product does not dry white or vibrant white like they describe. The color is an antique white which is more of a dull shade and does not match my white wall tiles. You say the product covers 21 square feet which if you apply multiple coats does not truly cover that area. One coat does not allow for the area to be truly protected. The product truly needs to be cured for 36 hours since any water causes it to fail.

Works so far
I have had trouble sealing my metal roof to the stucco back side of my house. It always leaked during heavy rainstorms, and I tried tapes and calking, and it always leaked. So far after using this we have had two heavy rains and no leaks. I applied 3 coats of this and, I'm happy.
