A Very Must Item To Have In Toilet
It is very good product for those who love hygiene. It works very well and do it's work perfectly. The only thing which required is high regular water pressure in you toilet wise you will not get the desired result.

Very beautiful product
The product is very beautiful and of very good quality. However, it had to be returned as it did not fit any of the two models of WC, I have. One is Jaquare make tankless WC and the other one is Cera make wall hung WC. Please improvise your design to make it compatible with such branded WCs. Thanks

Good Product
Works well, only thing is the steel connection pipe has short length, it's fine if the water outlet is on the same side as on the arm.I had to buy a new longer pipe otherwise I had no choice except to return.Amazon does not allow any communication with seller to resolve such small issues. It just gives the option of total product return.

Very good product
Quality product and works well.The slots on the bidet where the toilet screws go in, were a little small but the plumber made them bigger and now ir fits well. I plan ro get another one for the second toilet.

An inexpensive way to get the hygiene you need
Europe has used the bidet even before they developed the toilet! Once you use it, you'll wonder how you ever got clean "down there" without it. Plus it saves a lot on toilet paper, as you will discover. I've used this newer model for several months now and it operates every bit as well as the original. It does have two "modes" one that supposedly sprays the water further toward the front of you (I suppose for the ladies) and the other which is directed directly at your bottom. There is also a knob to adjust the water pressure. This beats paying to install a real Bidet, or paying for a complete bidet toilet seat. So far, no leaks or problems and I expect to get maybe more years from this model.

make sure your commode is bigger this product did not fit our existing commode and the time to return had passed. :(

Not compatible with my Toilet
Description said it fits my toilet, but its not.Also got some cracks, amazon not helpful with the return.
