I have to get regular intravenous infusions, but I have small veins and poor circulation in my hands. I got this so that I could wear it in the car on the way to my appointments, wrapped around my hand, wrist and forearm. This saves me 30 minutes of sitting with a heating pad when I arrive at the infusion center, and it does a better job of making my veins pop out because it’s more fitted to my arm than a heating pad.Note that you will need a power bank of some kind to use with this. I already had some so that was not a problem for me.Note also that while this has never burned me, I have noticed that along the edges where the fabric binding folds over seems to get hotter than the rest of the wrap and could, I think, potentially leave a mark or burn if left on the skin for 30 min or more. But because I have very sensitive skin and have been burned by a heating pad before, I always make sure there’s a thin layer of fabric between my skin and any electric heating pad. With this wrap, I use either a bandanna around my arm underneath it or I just wear a thin, long-sleeved shirt. The wrap is still very warm and works effectively, but I’ve never had any problem with skin irritation or burns.

Started off great but died after 2 months. Worked wonderfully until one day it just stopped no matter what battery pack I used.

I can not get this to fit correctly. It did not come with directions but I consider myself intelligent but maybe not.

It’s not the best , it doesn’t stay where I place it on my arm plus it burned my skin as well , had to stop using it so my skin can heal from the burns

Super helpful for easing arm pain in cold weather after multiple breaks. The battery pack fits in my pocket and i can wear it under a jacket.

I bought this to ease carpal tunnel symptoms, which it does very well, but now I use it for several other things.IMPORTANT! This does NOT come with a power bank! You need to purchase one separately. It only comes with a velcro pouch for a power bank and the cord to plug it in. My carpal tunnel is in both hands so I bought a Miady 5000 which is a two-pack, as well as two of these heating pads.It works very well at relieving discomfort and I can crochet, sew, and play video games while wearing them. There was a little learning curve and adjustment period with that as I figured out the best placement for the power bank and my own comfort but it was worth it. It is easy to wrap it where you want it and it stays in place.It works well playing on a console as well as a hand-held gaming device and my wrists and hands are not cramped and in pain after playing and I can play longer than I normally could.I can sew and crochet with less pain as well and that me feel much better that I can continue my hobbies.I am quite satisfied with this product, whether it's plugged in or used with a power bank.

Great product. Worked very well for wrist after surgery. Charged up just fine and would keep different levels of as needed. I highly recommend this item.

The heating is limited to about 1 foot in the middle. The rest of the pad is just unheated fabric. It gets nowhere near as hot as claimed. Even on the highest heat level it gets up to maybe 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Pretty useless. Would not recommend.
