I really love this phone. no quality issues, great value for my jr high student. always has service and easy wifi connect. gives my kid a smart phone without the expensive brand new top of line..there has not been a thing they cant do on it

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Read first before you buy. Three days and the screen goes black. Playing pokemon TCG literally the only reason for this phone. I try ever trick in the book nothing's working. It died in a full charge and will not respond to anything. DO NOT BUY THE RETURN POLICY IS GARBAGE. Must contact the sellers which is a nightmare. They gave me bullcrap trouble shooting tips oh and asked if I could remove any accounts on it. IT WON'T EVEN DO ANYTHING. I usually don't write reviews. Right out of the box the screen protector has a huge bubble. But the major issue is this "I love 107.5 radio" bs burnt into the screen. What a huge mistake on my part. Should of read up first...

Phone doesn’t work
There is no IMEI. Number to this phone and therefore can’t be used with any carrier as it comes up blacklisted. This is a scam and the seller is forcing me to pay return shipping even though they are at fault for selling a phone that can’t be used. Also battery dies within minutes

Battery Life is Terrible
Maybe it's because it's a refurbished phone, but the battery life is pathetic. I don't even use my phone a whole lot and I have to charge it everyday and sometimes fully charge it twice a day. I will be returning this piece of junk.
