Very small but yet bright
I don't use this as a bike headlight. I use it as a flashlight to navigate in dark areas. Very helpful and exactly what I was looking for. Liked it so much that I now have four of them that I give to my team at work.To use it was very straightforward. Push the button to turn it on in spot mode. Push it again to use flood mode, my favorite. Push it again to turn it off. In addition, you can hold the button down for strobe light flash feature. Although I don't need that feature, it is pretty cool in the dark.Because I'm not using it as a bike headlight, I had to find a clip in addition to the rubber bands that it comes with to attach it to my body. Which was easy to do, but had to be done.Overall, great experience from myself and my team. Probably keep buying more. :)Update. I recently lost power for a few hours and I used this as my to go flashlight when I had no power. It is THAT bright.

Not enough run time for 2 rides...
Ok, my bad. Wish I had - but didn't - read the "3 hour 20 minute" run time for strobe setting. That is an ACCURATE statement, it's just not long enough for a couple of my back-to-back rides. Don't like to have to recharge my blinkies all the time. And it's much larger than I anticipated.Pro: bright; good strobe settingCon: short (for me) run time; bulky and obvious; rubber o-rings not very elastic

Flimsy easily breakable mounting straps!
The light is pretty good, however, the holding straps are very flimsy and they broke easily only after about a dozen uses. This is a hassle and I would probably not purchase this again.

Great for Bike or Handheld
Like others, I use this as a handheld super bright flashlight to walk my dog at night as it's so simple to keep in a pocket. Love that it's recharged via USB cable rather than battery operated. No issues at all with the on-off switch. Works well on my bike also. If the rubber bands stretch out too much, you can always use hair ties as a replacement. I highly recommend this light..

Terrible - switch is junk
After charging fully I tried to turn it on. I fumbled around for a few seconds and then it came on in flash mode. I couldn't seem to get it to change modes but eventually got it turned off. Then I fumbled around for quite a while trying to turn it on a second time with no success. Eventually I got it to turn back on. At the time it seemed like the pattern was to push the switch forward and hold for 1-2 seconds and it would turn on, hold forward 1-2 seconds and it would go to 2nd mode, repeat for off. Hold forward 3-5 seconds for flash on and off. When mounted, would not work. Took it back inside and I cannot get it to turn on at all.Mounts very poorly, and is a pain to get on and off. Generally these rechargeable lights are one or the other, never seen one that is BOTH. That alone was deserving of a just 2-3 star rating.
