I have long legs and they fit great. They fit pretty decently around the knee apart from pulling them up sometimes. I used them for a concert and a joker Halloween costume.

It looks exactly like the product photo. I just did not like how loose the bottom was. I wanted more of a leg warmer feel from top to bottom. I think this is more for going over boots.
