I ordered a similar style umbrella last week and loved it so much that I ordered another one for my daughter. She will absolutely adore the sunflower.The umbrella style is different from what I have known before, with the design on the outside when folded, but on the inside when opened. A benefit of the style is that when you fold it up the wet side of the umbrella is on the inside so it doesn't drop all over your floor or car. It is two layers and the internal layer has vent holes. I had debated between this and similar umbrellas that fold up to more pocket size, and based on reviews I felt more confident in this umbrella. The reviews for the fold up ones say that they turn inside out in the wind easily and they're not as strong.The handle is unusual as well, with a C-shaped handle. It's actually easier to hold then a nub at the bottom,which surprised me.Opens easily, large umbrella, comes with a fabric case with handle. I quite like it. Made in China.UPDATE: After one use the handle fell off. It is only glued on and is easy to reglue BUT.... I shouldn't have to.

My sister bought me this umbrella and I thought why bother as I have other umbrellas but this one is so much better than all the others. It folds in on itself when you get in the car so the water is on the inside, not the outside. It stands up by itself when you place it on the floor which is very handy. And finally, it is very pretty. I highly recommend this umbrella.

I have had one for a little more than 3 years and it still works great despite the handle having gotten bent at some point. Besides getting in and out of cars when it's raining it is also very handy that it stands up on its own. My family just started using this recently and my son calls it the good umbrella. I think the only thing that I didn't like was that when going to order more I could not easily choose all of the colors and patterns that were displayed.

It’s a very nice umbrella but I ordered and paid for colour Lady Violet ($49.99) and received Lady Pink ($39.99).

For the cost -- this is a great umbrella. It is smooth in operation and seems very well made. We will have to see if it lasts, but the price point makes this less important.
